5 Qs with Beth

Bump Envy

Name: Beth Kushner Cohen
Neighborhood: Greenpoint, Brooklyn
Occupation: Associate Creative Director at Ogilvy & Mather
Baby’s sex: Twin girls

How would you describe your pregnant style?
I’ve been living in stretchy cotton/jersey dresses.

Have you had any challenges learning to dress your pregnant body?
I think it’s really just getting used to seeing my growing bump in the mirror, and learning that lighter colors make the bump look even bigger.

So far, what has surprised you most during your pregnancy?
Nothing is more surprising than finding out that you are having twins… Identical twins…

What’s been your favorite pregnancy piece or brand to show off your bump?
Imanimo is a brand I found on Gilt and I love the way their pieces fit my body.

What NYC experience are you most looking forward to sharing with your baby?
Having grown up in Brooklyn, myself, I look forward to sharing the entire borough with them- from seeing cherry blossoms bloom in the Brooklyn Botanic Gardens, to walking along the Coney Island boardwalk.
