After 4 pregnancies I can definitely agree my body has been through alot this my 5th and last baby also 3rd csection going not so easy I have been careful about my weight but having a umbilical hernia and a baby my back has been hurting alot I’ve past largegone to many sites to find belly bands to help w support but sadly ALL don’t carry nothing more than large including this site I wish there was actual support for when it’s really needed not just for a smmall to large belly
